Job Description:	We are looking for a dynamic and confident Marketing Executive / Site Visit Executive who can handle client interaction, property site visits, and lead follow-ups effectively.
Key Responsibilities:	Daily client calling and lead follow-up. Arranging and conducting site visits with clients. Explaining project details, offers, and benefits to customers. Coordinating with the sales and marketing team. Maintaining client records and reporting daily activities to the manager. Promoting company projects through social media and offline marketing.
Skills Required:	Good communication & convincing skills. Pleasant personality and professional behavior. Basic knowledge of real estate (preferred). Own vehicle and smartphone (mandatory). Willing to travel for site visits within the city.
Salary & Benefits:	Salary + Attractive Incentives Petrol Allowance Monthly Performance Bonus
Working Hours:	10:00 AM to 6:30 PM (Sunday Working, Tuesday Off)
