The revolutionary "Credit Linked Subsidy Scheme" (CLSS) under Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana (PMAY) was announced by our Honourable Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi. The scheme envisages the vision of housing for all by the year 2022.

Under this scheme, interest subsidy on purchase/ construction/ extension/ improvement of own house is provided to customers belonging to Economical Weaker Section (EWS- Income less than 3 Lakh)/Lower Income Group (LIG- Income range 3 Lakh to 6 Lakhs)/Middle Income Group (MIG1- Income range 6 Lakh to 12 Lakhs) & MIG2- Income range 12 Lakh to 18 Lakh) per year. * Imcome- Entire family income.
